Hi everyone! I have another great quick recipe for you! This one is for those days when you really crave something sweet but don’t want to feel guilty about having something! This is a no bake recipe and it only takes 10 minutes to prepare.
These are the ingredients that you’ll need:
– 1 banana or more (depending how much you wanna make)
– peanut butter (it should only have 1 ingredient: peanuts)
– dark chocolate
Cut the banana into small pieces (so you have banana “rings”, as shown in the picture below).
Once you’re done with that, take one piece, spread peanut butter on top and then add another banana piece on top of that. Do this until you have used all banana pieces. Okay, your PB – banana sandwiches are finished and they should look a little like this!
Now you want to melt the dark chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, dip in each banana sandwich that you previously made. (NOTE: be careful when you dip them so you don’t burn yourself!). How you dip them is completely up to you! You can fully cover them in chocolate, you can cover just the top of them or top and bottom, however you like it!
Place your chocolate-y bites on a tray and put them in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. If you decide to put them in the freezer, you might need only 5-10 minutes so keep an eye on the time!
